  • How do I book an appointment?
    You can book online and we will be happy to find a date and time that suits you.
  • When should I arrive?
    We start and end promptly. Please plan to arrive 3–5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • What happens if I am late to my appointment?
    We start and end promptly. Please note, if you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.
  • How should I prepare for my appointment?
    It is recommended that clients drink water before and after all sessions to stay hydrated.
  • Do I need to pay ahead of time or in person?
    You can pay for your session before your appointment online or at the studio.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash and credit. We also accept HSA debit cards
  • Booking & Cancellation Policy
    You are encouraged to pay for your service at time of booking. If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time, your payment will be placed on your account to use for any future service. If you have not cancelled prior to 24 hours from your appointment time, do not notify us, and do not arrive for your service, no refund will be given. We do understand that occasionally, unforeseen emergencies do arise at last minute. We request you notify us as soon as possible before your appointment. If you have not paid during booking and do not contact us, you are expected to pay for the missed appointment.
